Those are some pretty awesome icons. However, I would never call the CS3 icons ugly, in fact I think they are quite beautiful in their simplicity. They are easy to identify at a glance and quite clean, as opposed to the flowers and feathers of CS2. But hey, thats why its great to have the choice between the stock icons and custom ones.
